Feel it means something to them. W/Kobe, well no comment." This idea that because a black person is rich and famous means that they are no longer black speaks to very convoluted ideas about what it means to black. And moreso, the idea that only people who are from the hood can empathize with what's going on is another line of fuck boy logic If you feel that you have to be black and poor to understand oppression, then you're a fuck boy.
When I first embarked on building these #fuckboyfiles I told myself that a person would only need to be a fuck boy once to make a point. Who was I kidding? Like our legal system, these files will have repeated offenders and the first to be a two time fuckboy is Rudy Giuliani who said, in an interview with Geraldo Rivera, "Maybe all these left-wing politicians who want to blame police, maybe there’s some blame here that has to go to the teachers union, for refusing to have schools where teachers are paid for performance, for fighting charter schools, for fighting vouchers so that we can drastically and dramatically improve education." 🙈 My nigga, my nigga. Since Giuliani is blaming teachers for police chokeholds, blame police brutality the next time you fail a class.
Even before the death of Eric Garner, NYPD Commissioner, Bill Bratton, has committed many acts of fuckery. But since, he's been in rare form--even for a fuck boy. In his speech regarding the protests at the Association for a Better New York he remarked that "It's hard to make sense of it [the anger], crime is down, isn't that what police are paid to do?" This suggests that people are mad about the crime rates of civilians and not the cops--which is what the protests are about fuck boy this also suggests that cases like Garner are being used to power the narrative that these chokeholds are necessary evils for a "safer New York." And it finally suggests that without the police, people would have no decorum of their own--all of these suggestions above are examples of fuck boy logic and is a sure fire way to get you a case in the #fuckboyfiles.
This #fuckboyfiles is about what happens when PR and not knowing what the fuck you're talking about goes wrong. You know, ‘I’ve been taking care of my family, I’ve been doing that, what about me?’ You know, it really should be about us.” If 73% of young people have no father figures in their life, how is that because of women's freedom? I could understand if 73% of young people had no mother figures in their life, then this fuck boy might be on to something. He has repeatedly appeared unannounced to the doorsteps of aggrieved families who have lost their sons to police brutality in order to afford the many cans of Murray's Hair Wax he continues to ply to that tired ass perm. His latest fuck boy caper: arranging to deliver the eulogy for Akai Gurley--the man who was shot in the staircase of his Brooklyn apartment complex by a rookie police officer--WITHOUT the permission of the family. How do you even fix your perm to deliver a eulogy for someone you don't even know? Rest in Peace Akai Gurley.
This #fuckboyfiles case comes in the form of a couple who thought it was funny to mock the chokehold that killed Eric Garner. Moments like this speaks to how fuck boys view tragedy in our culture. When karma throws their asses in a chokehold, I hope this video is on repeat for them. This is why we have to say Black Lives Matter because to people like this, it doesn't.

This fuckboy Ron Christie, an American Government Relations Expert, penned an article asking for the accountability of those who rioted in Ferguson asking the question, "Why do predominately black mobs get a free pass to riot and steal in response to a political outcome they disagree with?" I have a question of my own: "Why do predominantly white police officers get a free pass to kill black people without it even going to trial?" Think about it: If rioting is the CAUSE of the police violence, wouldn't we have seen MORE black people killed by police AFTER the riots instead of before. Would there have even been a riot if Mike Brown wasn't murdered? On another note: Rest In Peace to Zemir Begic, the young Bosnian man who was killed in one of the riots in Ferguson (Ron Christie still a fuck boy though).
