Patrolmen's Benevolent Association President, Pat Lynch, is the newest case in the #fuckboyfiles. In responding to the murder of Eric Garner, Lynch says that what we're missing in this story is that Daniel Pantaleo, the officer who applied the chokehold to Garner, is an Eagle Scout--so was Charles Joseph Whitman.
